Pursuant to the California's Sunshine Amendment (Cal. Const. Art. I, § 3(b)), I hereby request the following records:
All police records, call logs, closed investigation files and/or reports generated between January 1, 1996 through June 30, 2012 pertaining to the private school previously known as Delphi Academy of San Francisco, which was located at 890 Pomeroy Avenue, Santa Clara, CA 95051.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the widely reported global controversies related to the the non-standard "Applied Scholastics" curriculum based on Scientology education techniques used at this private school. Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Hello - we are in receipt of your request for information pertaining to 890 Pomeroy Ave. in the city of Santa Clara. I have attached a calls for service file (890 Pomeroy.pdf) that indicates when police or fire responded to that location. This report begins in the year 2008; we do not have calls for service logs prior to this time. I have also included the case number for one report (shown below) from the year 2005. Our records management system begins in the year 2004.
Attached to this email are the code types for various types of calls. Requestors have found this information helpful when looking at the calls for service report and have been able to narrow down the information they are looking for. This will help reduce the overall cost of your request. Otherwise, public records are released at .20 a page. If you determine you would like a copy of any of the police reports (indicated by a number in the report number column) or the details of a specific call, you can request that information specifically.
You can respond to this email directly if you decide you want details from any of the calls. You may also call me directly if you have any questions.

Thank you so very much for the extremely helpful list of service logs (dated 5/14/2015) and related information in response to my records request pertaining to all incidents that occurred at 890 Pomeroy Avenue. After reviewing that summary of available records, I was indeed able to easily narrow down the information I am interested in receiving at the standard fee for record releases as follows.
Please limit my pending records request to copies of all Calls For Service records, along with any related Incident Report numbers, that was listed in the 890 Pomeroy summary for the years 2008-2009. I would also like a copy of the stray 2005 case number you provided separately.
