Pursuant to the California Public Records Act (California Government Code §§ 6250), I hereby request the following records:
Emails, correspondence, meeting agendas and notes, memos, and other relevant records regarding meetings between San Francisco Sheriff's Office and members of the community about free speech during public comment periods at meetings.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 calendar days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Nicco,
Thank you for the response. Email 4 references a photograph that was taken at the meeting:
"Sorry we didn't get a photo of all four of us but happy Eileen, the most slender among us, snapped great fotos of three of us more full-figure folks!"
I believe that document would be responsive to my request for "other relevant records " at the meeting.
I would also just like to make sure that no further meeting notes were generated at the meeting.
Mr. Petrelis' blog post indicates that a second meeting was scheduled a week later:
"Hennessy promised I would receive the list of attendees at the work group meetup on Friday, a summary of what was discussed and we'd sit down again next week to move the revision process along."
Did this second meeting occur? I believe that would also be covered by my request as the related materials he referenced.

A copy of the photograph you referenced was not provided to Sheriff Hennessy or Ms. Hirst. However, I have resent an email which provides a link to Mr. Petrelis’ blog and facebook page where the photo can be found.
I have requested for any other documents related to the meeting or a second meeting. So far, there are no responsive documents. I will keep you informed if further records are received. Please be advised that I will be out of the office until November 7, 2016.
