Records related to the scheduled July 19, 2018 ALPR training with Vigilant Solutions, including communications with Vigilant Solutions, communications with external parties, internal communications, all materials prepared for the training, and the list of registrants.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for the records, but I'm a little confused. The Vigilant document shows coordination with the SBCSO for a training, but there are no records showing how this training was coordinated.
