Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Information related to the current bulk fuel contracts (gasoline, diesel, etc.). Documents would include; RFP that was used for current contract, Bid tabulations, Award, amendments and estimated annual usage. If a fuel contract does not exist, please provide County fuel purchasing procedures.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

I am in receipt of the attached faxed open records request for information
pertaining to the Richland County Transit Boards (RCTB) fuel purchasing. I
did NOT receive any open records request from MuckRock.com.

The RCTB has not entered into any bulk fuel purchasing contracts. At the
time of each purchase, the transit management team contacts approximately
6-8 fuel vendors and asks for quotes. A vendor is chosen for each purchase
from the quotes that are provided.

Please confirm receipt of this email and let me know if you desire any
additional information.
