Pursuant to the Wisconsin Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All Racine Police Department training materials and manuals for the department's use of Flock Safety products.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The City of Racine has not yet developed training material for the use of Flock Raven. All training materials held by the City of Racine regarding Flock ALPRs has been provided.

To the extent that your request has been denied, this determination is subject to review by mandamus under Wis. Stat. § 19.37(1), or upon application to the Attorney General or District Attorney.
