To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, I hereby request the following records:
Emails and email attachments that fit ALL of the following criteria (detailed in 3 parts below):
1) Sent or received between March 1st, 2019, and today's date (October 22, 2019), or the latest possible date available in the email system
2) Sent by an email address ending in "@adl.org" to any employee of the law enforcement agency to which this request is addressed, OR sent by an employee of the law enforcement agency to which this request is addressed to any "@adl.org" email address
3) Containing in the subject line, or body of the message, or attachment, one OR more of the following search terms:
'Leadership Seminar in Israel: Resilience and Counterterrorism'
'Leadership, Resilience and Counter-Terrorism Seminar in Israel'
'New England Leadership, Resilience and Counter-Terrorism Seminar'
'Massachusetts Leadership, Resilience and Counter-Terrorism Seminar'
The emails and/or attachments are likely to include, but are not limited to:
--an invitation to participate in the ADL's Leadership, Resilience and Counter-Terrorism Seminar in Israel
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

A letter was mailed to you using the mailing address at the end of your email stating that the Portsmouth Police received your request and it is being processed. Portsmouth Police does not respond to Right to Know requests via email.
