Pursuant to the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, I hereby request the following records:
Case information relating to a disturbance / 911 hang up call made on the evening of September 4, 2022 at a residence at 5825 Jonquil Lane, Plymouth.
Requesting copies of statements, reports, interview audio/video, call recording, body cam video footage by responding officers Officer Justen and Officer Shortly, photographs, booking photographs and other relevant information on file for this matter.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

I have received you request and will have it processed. For the Body cam we do require a sign authorization from everyone involved or it will be redacted. We also charge $20.
