Pursuant to Florida's Sunshine Law (Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)), I hereby request the following records:
All police records including dispatch call logs and case reports generated since August 1, 2006 pertaining to any incidents or complaints received in reference to the Clearwater Academy International, Inc. property located at 1110 Wyatt St., Clearwater, FL 33756.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest due to the non-profit tax exempt status of the property owners, and the controversial alternative education program for children they provide that was previously reported on: http://bit.ly/1HmXXg3
Additionally, the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your good faith response to this request, as the statute requires.

The records have been produced with the following information being excised, withheld or exempt pursuant to FSS 119.0712(2)(a) & (b) regarding driver's license numbers, FSS 119.071(5)(b) regarding financial records (credit card numbers), and FSS 119.071(4)(c) regarding undercover personnel.
