To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to the Louisiana Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
1. The Contract and most recent modifications to the Service Agreement between The GEO Group, Inc. and Inter-Governmental Services Agreement between U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to operate the Pine Prairie Immigrant Processing Center (PPIPC).
2. The Invoices Submitted by the Village to ICE, or copies of invoices GEO provided to the Village reflecting requests from payment from ICE, for operation of the PPIPC during the months of October 2019 - March 2021.
3. Any other agreement between The GEO Group, Inc. and the Village.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
