Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

-Any communications to, from, or copied to city employees regarding the Philadelphia Pride Parade
-Any visual content (i.e. maps, images, graphs, etc.) related to the Philadelphia Pride Parade
-Any budgets/spending reports detailing funding allocations and expenses for the Philadelphia Pride Parade
-Any submitted complaints related to the Philadelphia Pride Parade

Please provide materials on a rolling basis, as they become available.

If possible, I'd request that any fees associated with the release of these materials please be waived, as the requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
