Pennsylvania Right to Know Act Request: Gunshot Detection / ShotSpotter

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

- Number, if any, of Gunshot Detection Microphones (including but not limited to those manufactured by SENTRI and ShotSpotter) owned or in use by this department or agency.

- Any documents or correspondence during the period encompassing this request regarding possible or planned acquisition of Gunshot Detection Microphones (including but not limited to those manufactured by SENTRI and ShotSpotter).

- Any existing or proposed usage policies regarding the use of Gunshot Detection Microphones (including but not limited to those manufactured by SENTRI and ShotSpotter) including protocols, training documents, contractual agreements and data storage arrangements

- Any current or past litigation involving or referencing this department or agency involving the use of Gunshot Detection Microphones (including but not limited to those manufactured by SENTRI and ShotSpotter).

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
