Responsive materials include those for matters and legal claims resolved prior to the initiation of any litigation.
In particular, materials responsive to this request include all reports, lists, databases, spreadsheets, and other documentation detailing incidents of legal claims or other allegations requiring compensation for claimants, attorneys, or any other party.
If spreadsheets or similar documents are available in response to this request, please provide all segregable data, including but not limited to:
The nature of the claim or legal matter
The claimant and other parties involved
The relevant case and tracking numbers for court and internal systems
The date the lawsuit was served or litigation commenced
The final disposition or current status of the case, including whether a case is still pending

COVID-19 RIGHT-TO-KNOW REQUEST PROCESSING DELAY NOTICE:
On March 13, 2020, the Mayor of Philadelphia issued a Declaration of Emergency Related to the Known and Potential Presence of the Novel Coronavirus COVID-19 in Philadelphia, recognizing that COVID-19 constitutes a local disaster emergency. On March 16, 2020, the Mayor of Philadelphia ordered a halt to all nonessential City government operations as of 5 PM. As part of the City of Philadelphia’s plan to assure the continuity of operations and best meet the needs of the citizens of Philadelphia during this emergency, the City is suspending the deadlines of all pending and incoming Right-to-Know Requests until normal operations resume. New requests will be deemed received when normal City operations resume. We will make every effort to provide updates to this notice when the situation changes.
