To Whom It May Concern:

There have been at least two videos that show people using the self-driving function on their Teslas while wearing Apple Vision Pros, released February 2.

It's highly probable that there have been multiple incidents of people driving or using a self-driving car while wearing Vision Pros. I am seeking documents that would capture any incidents of people getting pulled over, given citations, or arrested for doing this.

Therefore, pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act I hereby request the following records:

* Any CAD reports, incident reports, traffic citations/summonses, warning tickets, field interview cards, or any other documents produced since February 2, 2024 and the time that this request is processed that mention the Apple "Vision Pro" or refer to the Vision Pro.

This FOI request is being filed in pursuit of a time-sensitive news story. Therefore, I ask that my request is expedited.

If there are any questions about my request, or I can provide any clarification that will help expedite the processing of my request, please contact me at emailcarolinehaskins@gmail.com. I am also happy to hop on the phone.

If you determine that any of the information qualifies for an exemption from disclosure, I ask you to note whether the exemption is discretionary, and if so whether it is necessary in this case to exercise your discretion to withhold the information. In any event, please provide a signed notification citing the legal authorities on which you rely if you determine that any of the information is exempt and will not be disclosed.

Also, I am a member of the news media as a reporter, and the requested documents are in the public interest and not being made for commercial purposes. Therefore, I ask that all fees are waived in the processing of my request.

Thanks again, and I look forward to your response within 5 business days, as the statute requires, and hopefully even sooner, if my request is expedited.

Best,
Caroline Haskins
