Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
Any and all Pennsylvania State Police records pertaining to Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP), also known as Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs). This should include any and all police reports, emails, memoranda, radio tapes, dashboard camera footage, and any and all other documents responsive to this request. The time frame for this request should include all responsive records from January 1, 2008 up to and including the date that this request is officially processed. Feel free to include (but not limit this search to) the following keywords in order to assist you in your search: "flying saucer", "disc", "disc-shaped", "cylinder", "cylindrical-shaped", "triangle", "black triangle", "fireball", "cigar", "cigar shaped", "sphere", "spherical", "ball", "craft", "flashing", "stationary", "NICAP", "National Investigations Committee on Aerial Phenomena", "NUFORC", "National UFO Reporting Center", "MUFON", "Mutual UFO Network", "FAA", and "Federal Aviation Administration".
Please include all processing notes associated with this request.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
