Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
–A list of every hospital, clinic, or other institution that provides sexual assault forensic exams administered by a certified Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE).
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I had looked on their website, but it did say that it may not be a complete listing and to not use it in any official capacity as a result. Could you verify that it is up to date and 100% accurate?

You would need to contact the International Association of Forensic Nurses to inquire if the list of clinical SANE programs on their website is up to date and 100 percent accurate. It was also suggested to me that the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Rape may possess the information you are seeking, or could refer you to another entity who does.
From the research I have conducted thus far, neither the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services nor the Pennsylvania Department of Health possesses any records that are responsive to your request.
