According to the March 8, 2023 meeting minutes for the Commission, Temple University was awarded over $1.7 million in a grant: https://www.pccd.pa.gov/AboutUs/Documents/Commission%20Awarded%20Grants/March%208,%202023.pdf
Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
All grant, agreement, and reporting documents with Temple University for the grant funds awarded through the "CJAC - Federal American Rescue Plan Act Funds - Local Law Enforcement Support Grant Program" between the dates of 1/1/2022 and 3/13/23.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
