Copies of all email, including attachments, received from the following domains "evolutionecycling.com". Time period 01/01/2017 - 09/05/2017. Central office and SW regional office.
Copies of all email, including attachments, received from the following domains "eloopllc.com". Time period 01/01/2017 - 09/05/2017. Central office and SW regional office.
All emails and attachments containing the following keywords ("AAA Scrap Metals", ""AAA Scrap Metal", "AAA Scrap Iron & Metal", "AAA Scrap"). Time period 01/01/2017 - 09/05/2017. Central office and SW regional office.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Ms. Long,
DEP received your attached Right-to-Know Law (RTKL) request. The purpose of this email is to seek further clarification so that a search for records can be conducted.
As framed, your request is insufficiently specific. Your request does not provide DEP a subject matter, it fails to identify the names, or at least positions, of specific DEP employees or programs from whom you are seeking records. With almost 2,000 DEP employees, your request does not lend itself to providing searchable parameters.
Therefore, please provide me some additional context for purposes of your request such as the following upon which a search for records can be conducted:
1. A named DEP program (such as mining, oil and gas, air, water, radiation protection, waste, etc.)
2. Named DEP employees or named positions (such as Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Bureau Director, etc.)
3. A specific subject matter that can be applied to search DEP files (a specific project, pipeline, facility, etc.)
DEP is committed to responding to your request but in order to do so, it requires more definitive information upon which a search for records can be conducted.
