To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

Emails sent or received by Governor Josh Shapiro and/or his staff between December 4, 2023 and December 7, 2023 containing the phrases "thatJVG/status/1731440158363222485" and/or "Goldie". Any search should be non-case sensitive — for example, including "GOLDIE" or "goldie" as well as "Goldie". For the purposes of this search, "received by" means emails that are CC'd/BCC'd to Governor Shapiro and/or his staff as well.

If any emails contain attachments, please include those attachments as well. If some portions of the requested records are properly exempt from disclosure, please redact those portions and release any reasonably segregable non-exempt portions of the requested records.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Matthew Petti
