Bloomsburg enrollment data

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:

1) Annual undergraduate enrollment data broken down by students' home zip code for the academic years 2012-2013 through 2022-2023.

2) All university policies or comparable documents, from 2017 until the present, describing how RNL ForecastPlus scores and financial aid receptivity scores should be used. (For example, policies for what kind of outreach should be done in zip codes that ForecastPlus scores above .5 versus those below a .5, or policies for zip codes with financial receptivity scores of A versus those with scores of C).

I ask that all fees be waived as intend to use the requested records to further public understanding of public agencies and not for any commercial purpose. In the event you choose to impose fees, I request a detailed breakdown of the fees, including the hourly wage of each employee involved and an explanation justifying the employee hours required to fulfill the request.

Should you choose to reject this request or redact portions of responsive documents, I ask that you provide a detailed breakdown of the statutory exemptions and associated case law underlying your decision to withhold each/any portions from public review.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I just had one quick questions to clarify:

In the spreadsheet their are two tabs—one measuring total enrollment by zip code and the other measuring unique student enrollment by zip code. I was wondering if you knew what the difference between the two is?

Thank you so much for your help with this research, and I'm sorry to bug you again, but I have a quick question about this data.

For the purposes of our project it looks like we need annual FRESHMAN enrollment data broken down by home zip code for the academic years 2012-2013 through 2022-2023, whereas I had requested enrollment data for all students (not just new students).

I'm happy to submit a new request for the new data, but wanted to check with you first in case it's easier to tack it on to this request.
