Pursuant to the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
All communications with Tesla Inc, or its representatives, regarding the purchase or operation of Tesla vehicle(s) for official or departmental use. Where appropriate, to include testing, trouble-shooting, data use and retention, AutoPilot use, servicing, and returns.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Attached are files concerning the two Tesla Model 3s purchased by the city of Paragould for the Paragould Police Department. Due to equipment supply issues, only one of the vehicles have been placed into service at this point. It has been in service for approximately one month. The other unit is waiting to be outfitted at this time.
