Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All emails sent and/or received by Lieutenant Nick Boatman anytime from Feb. 7, 2024 to the date of this request (Feb. 23, 2024).

Any responsive documents should include all email headers, the full body of the email, and full copies of any attachments for each email.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

We have received your request and are currently getting with our IT department to see how long this is going to take to get together. Our fees are an initial $25 deposit and then an additional $15/hour for Open Record research. Once I have a total cost I will get back with you. Payment can be made by check or money order made out to City of Owasso and mailed to 111 North Main Street Owasso, OK 74055. If you should have any questions or concerns please let me know.
