Any records related to AdventHealth also known as Adventist Health System in their affiliation with respect to Disney regarding contracts and legally-binding documents within the State of Florida from 2019 to 2023 (to be dated the day of processing). More specifically, I request legal documents that are or were in effect during the time frame specified.
2. Any other records related to AdventHealth also known as Adventist Health System in their affiliation with Disney within the State of Florida from 2019 to 2023 (to be dated the day of processing).

4. All records related to Randy Haffner, CEO of AdventHealth Florida in regards to the ribbon-cutting ceremony from May 15th, 2023 to May 30th, 2023 (the timeframe applies only this criterion 4 (four). He is clearly visible in the video near the very beginning.
5. All records related to Jeff Vahle, President of Walt Disney World Resort in regards to the ribbon-cutting ceremony from May 15th, 2023 to May 30th, 2023 (the timeframe applies only this criterion 5 (five). He is clearly visible in the video near the very beginning.
For additional context,

“We are pleased to celebrate the grand opening of this unique and innovative facility, which will provide convenient, whole-person care for Central Floridians and visitors alike,” said Randy Haffner, CEO of AdventHealth Florida. “We are combining AdventHealth’s clinical expertise and Disney-inspired designs to provide exceptional care within a calming environment. We want to provide this option so visitors can get the care they need with minimal disruption to their plans and enjoy the trip of a lifetime,” Haffner added.
I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
I would also appreciate an approximate time frame for this request to be processed. Depending of the time frame for the request to be fulfilled and any fees that may be incurred, I may revise the criteria.
If you deny any part of this request, please cite each specific exemption you think justifies your refusal to release the information and notify me of appeal procedures available under the law.

As a member of the judicial branch and a government entity, our office provides public records in both the capacity of the official court records custodian pursuant to Fla. R. Gen. Prac. & Jud. Admin. 2.420 and as an agency subject to the public records laws in Chapter 119, F.S.
Our office is in receipt of your request to obtain records from 2019 to 2023 related to AdventHealth also known as Adventist Health System and their affiliation with or to Walt Disney World regarding contracts and legally-binding documents within the State of Florida.
