Dear Aaron Etherington:

According to a relevant open records reply in another case, a partial LIST does now exist of cases in which OCPD crime lab analyst Elaine Taylor served as an expert witness:

Since these are Oklahoma County District Court cases, and your office should be in possession of this information, can you please confirm this LIST and provide a FULL LIST/accounting of ALL cases in which Elaine Taylor served as an expert witness in Oklahoma County District Court cases.

If you refuse to provide the full LIST, please explain pursuant to the Open Records Act what exemption applies to any information withheld.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I would request your response within ten (10) business days.

Best,
