Thank you for your diligence. This request is in reference to a widely-reported homicide in Tulsa: https://abcnews.go.com/US/12-year-girl-stabs-9-year-brother-death/story?id=96330327
Would this victim's autopsy report and summary report be in the hands of another department? Or are you able to locate it based on the info above? It is possible the name previously provided is incorrect, as I don't believe authorities ever confirmed it, but it has been reported in other news sources.
