Pursuant to the Oklahoma Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Copies of emails and attachments, and any other communications (digital or otherwise) that were exchanged between former OCPD forensic analyst Elaine Taylor and former OCPD Det. Kim Davis regarding the Daniel Holtzclaw case. This request includes (but is not limited to) e-mails on which either Ms. Taylor or Det. Davis (or both) were cc’d or bcc’d.

Copies of emails and attachments, and any other communications (digital or otherwise) that were exchanged between Ms. Taylor and OCPD Det. Rocky Gregory regarding the Daniel Holtzclaw case. This request includes (but is not limited to) e-mails on which either Ms. Taylor or Det. Gregory (or both) were cc’d or bcc’d.

Copies of emails and attachments, and any other communications (digital or otherwise) that were exchanged between Ms. Taylor and OCPD Lt. Tim Muzny regarding the Daniel Holtzclaw case. This request includes (but is not limited to) e-mails on which either Ms. Taylor or Lt. Muzny (or both) were cc’d or bcc’d.

Copies of all of the OCPD crime lab’s policy, procedure and training manuals, including (but not limited to) serology procedure manuals. Include all logs showing changes to these manuals from 2013 to the Present as required for ASCLD Certification.

All emails, electronic documents and physical documents are not to be de-duped prior to production. The parent/child relationships of all requested email chains as well as all header information should be intact at the time of production.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer that the request be filed electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or digital storage media if not.
