Registered sex offender on parole

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Washington Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. Conditions of parole for registered sex offender Jessie Clayton Marchand, current residence in Nespelum WA.

2. Dates of contact by WA probation officers assigned to oversee the parolee Jessie Clayton Marchand, current residence in Nespelem WA

3. Any noted violations of parolee Jessie Clayton Marchand current resident in Nespelem WA.

4. All charges filed against Jessie Clayton Marchand for the year 2012 through the current year 2021 related to sexual assault. Names of the victims are not included in this request.

5. All sexual crimes prosecuted, dismissed or plea bargained against Jessie Clayton Marchand for the year 2012 through the current year 2021. Victims names are not included in this request.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Victims names are not included in this request.
