Urban Meyer - Employment Contract (Assistant AD) & Ancillary Agreements

Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any employment or similar agreement between Urban F. Meyer ("Mr. Meyer") and The Ohio State University (including any branch, division or other associated body thereof, the "University") with respect to Mr. Meyer's employment by the University as the Assistant Athletics Director of Athletics Initiatives and Relations (the "Employment Agreement"), and, if applicable, any other definitive agreement between Mr. Meyer and the University directly or indirectly relating to the Employment Agreement or Mr. Meyer's employment thereunder (e.g., any agreement including non-competition, non-solicitation, non-disparagement and/or other restrictive covenant(s)), in each case, that was executed, dated or became effective during the period beginning on November 1, 2018 and ending on February 28, 2019.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
