All policies and training materials maintained by the department regarding use of force.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Your public records request was forwarded to me, because the Office of General Counsel handles all public records requests for the University. The policies related to use of force and the training policy are attached hereto. As to an individual officer’s training, we can provide you with his/her field training as well, if you would like. Please let me know.
To the best of my knowledge, this concludes the University’s response to your request from July 29, 2015. If you have any questions, of believe anything is missing, please let us know.
In reviewing our public records requests, it appears that you also have an open request for the body camera footage from PO Lindenschmidt and PO Kidd, do you still want a copy of this from the University?
