Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Non-exempt audio, video (including body-worn camera, in-car "dash cam", surveillance video, etc), and written reports compiled or obtained by your department related to the response and investigation into the incident below.
Incident: 6/6/22, woman jumps from ambulance and is seriously injured. Location was in the 4200 block of Amelia Olive Branch Road. For reference: https://www.fox19.com/2022/06/07/woman-jumps-ambulance-gets-stuck-under-it-clermont-county-dispatchers-say/
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
