This message will confirm receipt of your request for certain statistical information. I note that your request appears to be dated January 30, 2022, but the first time it was received here was on February 11, 2022.

With regard to your request for 2017-2021 crime data, I have attached responsive statistics provided by the Department of Public Safety. If these are not what you had in mind, please contact me.

You further requested "municipal court conviction rate, referral and conviction rate by district attorney as applies for the above years." I am unclear as to what you are requesting and believe you may be inquiring about records that are not maintained by the city of Oakwood. Note that the city of Oakwood and the Oakwood Municipal Court are separate entities; if you are seeking records as to the outcome of criminal cases in Oakwood Municipal Court, that request should be directed to the Clerk of Courts. If I am misunderstanding what you are requesting or if I can help you figure out where/how to request a particular record, please advise.
