This response is from Robert Jacques, Law Director for the city of Oakwood. Receipt of your request for public records is hereby acknowledged. The City will perform electronic searches of the referenced email account, for the date range of July 1, 2021 through August 1, 2021, inclusive. Responding offices are required to review the materials for redaction before releasing them. This review will be performed once we have identified responsive records. We will then be in touch with you to discuss costs (if any) and production of the requested records.

I will provide periodic updates as needed to keep you apprised of our progress. As you know, I am in the process of completing the city's response to your prior request, so I will be unable to work on this new request until that has been completed.

Thank you for your prompt and professional reply.

I appreciate that reasonable time is needed to reply to open records requests, and that pending record requests are a component of the required time.

Again, please encourage the Oakwood Public Schools to meet the public record requirement, as Dr. Kyle Ramey currently gives the appearance of concealing public records.

From: City Of Oakwood

Progress update on your pending request: we have identified all potentially responsive records and they are being reviewed for redactions as appropriate. It is estimated that the review and redaction process is 75% complete. Anticipated completion of that process is Friday, August 27. Allowing time for scanning and uploading, the city's response to this request should be complete on or before Tuesday, August 31.
