Attn. Beryl Lipton:
Regarding your request for records concerning STOP LLC (Satellite Tracking of People LLC):
The NC Department of Public Safety has no contracts with this company and has not done business with STOP LLC.
The company did submit a response to our most recent RFP for electronic monitoring services, but they were not the selected vendor and were not awarded a contract.
Are you still interested in those materials submitted by STOP LLC as part of its non-winning bid?

Hello Mr. Acree,
Thank you very much for your note. Would it be possible to get the packet of materials associated with the electronic monitoring RFP, including the STOP LLC submission and the winning contract/materials?
Thanks again,
Beryl
