Thanks.
Then in the alternative of no responsive records, please do provide the NCSBI "Procedure\Policy" and\or Guidelines regarding "WHEN" SBI activates investigation when "government, cities\counties building" fires occur and that "later" may be reasonably discovery staged fire that of arson may arise. Here, the Greene County, Snow Hill staged fire is in direct contrast to NCSBI stated procedure\policy or practice>

For Example-- Source https://www.ncsbi.gov/Divisions/Field-Operations/Fire-and-Arson-Investigations.aspx
[QUOTE] Fire and Arson Investigations:
SBI Fire Investigation. The Fire and Arson Investigation Unit works with local, state and federal investigators to determine the origin and cause of a fire. The SBI has original jurisdiction in fire and arson cases. SBI fire investigators may classify fires as accidental, providential (natural) or incendiary (intentional). If investigators are unable to conclusively determine a single possible cause of the fire, then the fire will be classified as undetermined. If the fire is determined to have been incendiary in nature, investigators may assist in the second area of fire investigations. In this area, agents may assist local, other state and federal investigators to determine who is responsible for setting the fire. "...the Fire and Arson Investigations Unit consists of 17 agents who are specially trained to conduct fire investigations. Each District Office is assigned two agents along with a statewide program coordinator who oversees the administrative and logistical aspects of the program. The SBI has at least one investigator on call at all times in an attempt to maintain 24-hour statewide coverage." [END QUOTE]

In addition, Take Notice NEWS REPORT interviews with "county employees" stating "court records" were destroyed. However, the court records "are not" stored in the same front office location where fire damage occurred. Clearly, cause for NCSBI investigation--blatant LIE

Please expedite this most urgent Request Public Information under the foreign government\organizations, foreign nationals underlying criminal circumstances "interference with Democracy, democratic process".

Thanks

Dear J. Joy Strickland, Deputy General Counsel;

Please provide the (Green County) area SBI Special Agent In Charge (and) Special Agent IC Financial Crimes contact information---address, name, contact phone number and email address. --- Also, you, J. Joy Strickland as Deputy General Counsel are also "authorized" to take the public, individual[s] evidence as witnesses, victims reporters-informants and invoke NCSBI jurisdiction, as well as clearly federal US District Courts "jurisdiction" in spite of the deliberate, intentional cover-up, concealment of illegal act/s, activities "staged fire" with criminal intent to gain by and through this arson:

1) personal, foreign interests, business and constituents special-interests financially. Hence white collar crime; and retaliation in furtherance to conceal the underlying illegal and\or unlawful and wrongful RICO predicate acts and\or conspiracy and\or schemes to gain advantage(s) as outlined in SBI POLICY & PROCEDURE MANUAL (2020)

2) August 2014-2015 Nigeria foreign national USCIS K1-Fiancee VISAS "priceless" U.S. citizenship unlawfully under color law and\or under the color official right; and where "affirmative-steps" with "criminal-intent" taken to conceal, cover-up and destroy state\federal "tangible evidence" court made 12/31/2014 audio-recording by Greene county custodian-records by 12/31 New Year Eve knowingly, deliberately, intentional filing "invalid-instrument" that required 2/2-/2-15 ARSON by private persons wealthy, affluent political influential influencing constituents, team co-informants, honeypot-informant, "foreign national" foreign gov'mt\organization Nigeria Police and federal and state voted\appointed officials collectively "agreed to" RICO and\or conspiracy or scheme[s] that of "common-law obstruction", federal obstruction justice of legal, criminal, civil justice system(s).

3) theft, and\or arson of known federal\state electronic evidence, personal, business property, "agreed to" said Financial Gain[s] by blatant arson; and false-statement/s to the NEWS MEDIA destruction of court records;

Clearly, NCSBI, State, counties ETHICS and\or POLICY PROCEDURE and\or Civil Rights, and Witness, Victims, Reporters Rights Manuals "responsive records" must have some 2013 to 2018 "new update" which allowed\allows for official[(s)] concealment, and\or discretion to not to follow known policy procedures that Public Request Information cannot comply to request for records that also may be held by the Special Agent IC, and\or Special Agent IC Financial Crimes Unit? -- As a result, "responsive records" extraction provide "any and all" "to\from" emails of the "Greene and Wayne counties" Agents Special Agents In Charge (SAIC) from January 01, 2015 to December 31,015.

Thanks for expedited prompt response. We look forward to receiving responsive-records--Witness\Victims-Reporters rights; Ethics; and emails. Should you required the News Media articles please let us know.
