Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
All Documents created, maintained, sent, received, kept or otherwise stored by Tommy Williamson, Jr., an engineer with the North Carolina Utilities Commission Public Staff's Electric Division, regarding or otherwise related to 601 Highgrove Drive, Chapel Hill, NC 27516 at any time between January 1, 2020 and the present.
"Document" includes, but is not limited to, letters, correspondence, memoranda, handwritten or electronic notes, emails, text messages (including SMS, iMessage, and MMS communications), facsimile, invoices, diagrams, specifications, contracts, quotes, applications, notices, permits, photographs, audio recordings, audiovisual recordings, video recordings, reports, summaries, blueprints, reports, or measurements. "Document" includes materials, information and data regardless of the form in which it is maintained (e.g., electronic, physical).
This Request shall also serve as notice to preserve same.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
