Ms. Lipton -

Your recent request for information (attached) concerning litigation for the former NC Department of Correction (now the Division of Adult Correction and Juvenile Justice- NC Department of Public Safety) should be directed to the NC Attorney General's office. That office handles litigation matters for this agency. I am copying PIO Noelle Talley from the Attorney General's office on this email.

Hello Ms. Winstead,

Thanks so much for your message. I would be interested in all available logs/databases detailing such information for as far back as it is kept. I have told other departments that I'm interested in materials as far back as 1970, though I understand that this could be difficult. I'd appreciate any feedback you have.

Thank you,
Beryl
