Pursuant to the North Carolina Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Full email account archives for Seagraves. At a minimum, this should include his official account while working for NCSU libraries and official account while working for NCSU campus IT.
While a reason for the records request may be necessary, there is suspicion Seagraves has doxxed individuals, including at least one student, and has communicated about his technical skills. These archives will help researchers and journalists.
This request is not related to a lawsuit or criminal investigation. Please be mindful of the public interest in a case like this and waive fees if possible.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days.

Lynda, thank you for the response. If you have other requests similar to this, I would imagine there is a similar keyword list you can use. In any case, the following is a relevant keyword list. Note that entries ending in an asterisk should not be a whole-word match, depending on how your searches are constructed it may need some transformation. Likewise, there's an entry with an asterisk in the middle as well. The searches should be case-insensitive; any capitalization is just for readability.

records request received November 18, 2020, and as modified on February 15,
2021. Under the NC Public Records Act, a “Public Record” is defined as
“all documents, papers, letters, maps, books, photographs, films, sound
recordings, magnetic or other tapes, electronic data-processing records,
artifacts, or other documentary material, regardless of physical form or
characteristics, made or received pursuant to law or ordinance in
connection with the transaction of public business by any agency of North
Carolina government or its subdivisions.” See NCGS 132-1(a). Upon
