Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

I am a Rent Stabilized tenant at 857 9 avenue, New York, NY 10019 - Building Registration No: 107442 - Lot 1065 - Block 33, COOP NEW NINTH AVENUE LLC, C850476, where I continuously reside for the last 37 years.
-I Request all Applications and Approvals from your office of any change in the buildings registration, different from the Coop registration #C850476 with the Real Estate Bureau of the Attorney General's OFFICE, as a RENT REGULATED NON-EVICTION COOP, to the present.
- I request any/all Applications and approvals by this office for any Change in deregulation of the building's original status of RENT REGULATED NON-EVICTION COOP.
- Applications and approvals for Capital Improvement
- Application and approvals for Mayor Capital Improvement
- Application and approvals for Special Improvements
- Application and approvals that are required for Condo/Coop changes

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
