Demographics/Zone Assessment Unit training materials

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the New York State Freedom of Information Law (1977 N.Y. Laws ch. 933), I hereby request the following records:

-All training materials for Demographics/Zone Assessment Unit members, including all slides, handouts and other written materials for annual, one-off and assignment-specific trainings given to all members of the unit

Per the June 2012 testimony of Thomas Galati (see http://www.nyclu.org/files/releases/Galati_EBT_6.28.12.pdf): "Well, members of the Demographics
Unit/Assessment Unit receive training that we give every year. We go to an annual training, more specifically to their assignments."

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
