I, Executor-Andre-Nigel-Barnett, come as a free, inhabitant, with a league of friendship, husband and father, son of YHWH, man, creation of: God and of no entity, is over 21: years of: age, of sound mind and competent, affirms by and through the pains and penalty for: perjury the telling for the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, and asserts as true, correct, and not misleading for the best of: Executor-Andre-Nigel-Barnett’s understanding, knowledge, information, and belief subscribes on the herein Affidavit; and
This is a matter of public record in response to FOIL Request #4019; and
Will you continue to refuse to abide by YOUR freedom of information law and YOUR federal freedom of information act. This information demand is in alignment with your public information disclosure responsibility to provide bond/insurance policy information for claims of harm committed by the governor; and
No demanded documentation poses threat of harm to person or property; and
By and through the constitution for the united States of America; and
Article 1, Section 8, Clause 17: Jurisdiction; and
Article 6, paragraph 1: law of the land; and
Article 1, section 10, clause 1: violation of contract
