Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

From: Garcia, Leslie A, NMCD

Hello Mr. Montoya,

I apologize for my delay in response, and I very much appreciate the electronic materials you were able to provide. When you get a chance, would you mind letting me know what sort of paper materials there are? I can't supply the full amount, but I wonder if I might limit the request some.

Thanks so much for all of your help. I hope the new year begins wonderfully.

Best,
Beryl

Beryl,

I have not received any correspondence from you on this request, since your follow up in June of 2016. The hardcopy records are the Statement of Account for NCMD inmates. Each contains information responsive to item 2 of your request. The information is similar to the Transaction - Inmate Account Summary NMWCF you received via drop box.

The records are voluminous and NMCD will require prepayment for the copies and postage to transmit the records via US Mail. Please let me know if you are would still like copies.

Sincerely,

R. Montoya

Welcome to the new dropbox.com
When you’re working with others, finding the right file is just the beginning. What about all the other work that happens around those files? Sometimes those conversations or sharing relationships are just as important as the file itself. That’s why the Dropbox website has been redesigned to make collaborating easier than ever.
See the new dropbox.com[1]

Here are a few ways the new dropbox.com can help you be even more productive:
- Spend less time coordinating work, more time doing it . With simplified navigation, it’s easier to share files with others, leave real-time feedback, or see what’s changed—without the back-and-forth over email.
- Get more information at a glance . Browse files visually with a thumbnail view, and see who else is collaborating with you on shared files and folders.
- Files and activity, in the right place at the right time . Clearer account separation makes it even easier to help you focus on the work at hand, whether you’re at the office or at home.
- Find what you need faster . We've made the design of dropbox.com consistent across all pages and simplified common tasks. Now when you select files or folders, a new toolbar shows just the actions you can take with that selection.
- Bring your files to life with team-first functionality . Designed with collaboration in mind, dropbox.com is not only a space for your files, but for people and conversations, too.

Thanks!
- The Dropbox Team
