Hello,

Thanks for your follow up. I understand about the extension, and I did not realize that this would be a particularly burdensome request. I was under the assumption that there would be some sort of easy tabular data records of these cases. If that is not correct, can you please let me know what format you are currently gathering this information in? I don't need hundreds of pages of files, I am just interested in the summaries of citation information, of the sort that used to be published in the local newspaper.

Thanks!

From: New Mexico Environment Department

Good Morning,
I am not sure how the bureau will incorporate responsive records for your request. Again, I do apologize for the delay.
Thank you,
Christina

Good morning, please see the link below fulfilling your request. At this time, database issues do not allow a list as you followed up asking.

Hello,

Thank you again for fulfilling this request in 2021. I am still interested in compiling these data on a regular basis, but I don't want to issue another formal request if it's going to be particularly onerous for your team. Have you all resolved the database issues indicated in your 07/20/2021 email? If so, would it be possible to get an updated list of food safety inspection citations for Santa Fe County food establishments for 2023 YTD?

Thank you,
Charlotte

Good afternoon,
At this time we do not have a process in place to provide restaurant inspections on a continual basis, so please provide a formal IPRA request.
