All criminal and non criminal records including police records, booking records, booking photos and arrest reports for the following individuals:
Robert Wayne Decker, Born 1947 (+/- 1 year), formerly of South Street, Keene
I have attached a newspaper clipping of a previous historical charge
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Good afternoon,
I'm writing to acknowledge your request pursuant to RSA 91-A, dated November 17, 2021 and received on November 17, 2021 requesting access to public records, specifically "All criminal and non criminal records including police records, booking records, booking photos and arrest reports for the following individuals: Robert Wayne Decker". In light of the scope of your request and the workloads and availability of personnel participating in the processing of your request, I estimate that 30 days will be reasonably necessary to determine the extent of available records in accordance with RSA 91-A and applicable case law.
