Pursuant to the New Hampshire Right to Know Law, I hereby request the following records:

Widespread news reports and agency releases show that there has been the spread and distribution of "mystery seeds" in the last month.

Therefore, I request the following information:

- Any lab reports, internal communications, analyses, warnings, or other guidances about the mystery seeds.
- Any case reports about the mystery seeds.
- Any forensic analysis or communication with law enforcement (state, local, or national) about the mystery seeds.
- The number of consumer reports as well as the reports filed about the mystery seeds.
- Any presentations or other documents prepared about the mystery seeds
- Any emails concerning the mystery seeds
- Any photos or video related to the mystery seeds

Please search from July 1, 2020 until the day this request is processed.

This request is being made for use on Motherboard, VICE Media's science and technology website. It is not for commercial purposes.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

I have received your request for information about "mystery seeds" under the New Hampshire Right to Know Law. Documents that you have requested include personally identifiable information. Personally identifiable information is exempt from disclosure. Review of the personally identifiable information will mean that the records will be provided to you by September 4, 2020, as conditioned in RSA 91-A:3 IV: "Each public body or agency shall, upon request for any governmental record reasonably described, make available for inspection and copying any such governmental record within its files when such records are immediately available for such release. If a public body or agency is unable to make a governmental record available for immediate inspection and copying, it shall, within 5 business days of request, make such record available, deny the request in writing with reasons, or furnish written acknowledgment of the receipt of the request and a statement of the time reasonably necessary to determine whether the request shall be granted or denied."
