Copies of all documents (including but not limited to contracts, memos, directives, guest lists) and emails related to Mayor Pete Buttigieg's town hall event at Plymouth State University on April 20, 2019.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

Hi Mr. Perez,
On behalf of Plymouth State University, I am responding to your request (below) under the NH Right-to-Know Law, RSA 91-A.
Mayor Buttigieg's visit to Plymouth State University on April 20, 2019 was at the invitation of the PSU Democrats, a recognized student organization.
The PSU policy governing candidate visits is posted online at: https://campus.plymouth.edu/political-visits/guidelines-for-political-candidate-visits-to-psu/
I am attaching communications between the University administration and the campaign/event coordinators. The only payment related to this event was for additional security detail provided by the PSU Police Department, as shown on the enclosed invoice. Confidential information has been redacted including student information pursuant to FERPA.
