Mr. Hoover, I am in receipt of your request made on March 9, 2023 for:

- All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, and other agreement documents between the Davidson County Sheriff Department and the Mental Health Cooperative.
- All contracts, licenses, MOUs, MOAs, data agreements, and other agreement documents between the Davidson County Sheriff Department and Wellpath.

Pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. 10-7-503 et. seq., the Davidson County Sheriff's Office (DCSO) is providing you with a copy of the MOU between the DCSO and the Mental Health Cooperative (MHC). Also, pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. 10-7-503, the DCSO denies the second request; DCSO and Wellpath are not in a contractual relationship. As such, the DCSO does not maintain the record of the contract between the Department of Health and Wellpath.
