Pursuant to the Tennessee Public Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any and all available records related to production costs for the proposal to build Amazon's HQ2 in Nashville, including but not limited to receipts/contracts for impact reports, videos, etc.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 7 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Carlton Purvis,

In response to your follow up letter received in our office today, attached is a copy of the response from the Mayor's Office. The letter was initially mailed via USPS to 104 Sawyer Cir., Apt. 486, Memphis, TN 38103 on 5/29/18.
The response form indicated that any responsive records, if they exist, are confidential and not subject to disclosure pursuant to the deliberate process privilege. This answer was regarding " Any and all available records related to production costs for the proposal to build Amazon's HQ2 in Nashville, including but not limited to receipt/contracts for impact reports, videos, etc."
A separate email , which I will forward following this, addressed "any and all available records of contracts between any department within the City of Nashville and Amazon Web Services.
