From: Melanie Gaiser

Dear Mr. Lavoie:

Thank you very much for your reply.

Would the request be fulfilled electronically (e.g., as an email attachment)? This would be my preference, if possible. If it is filled electronically, is it possible to waive the per-page portion of the fee?

Best regards,
Melanie Gaiser

From: Melanie Gaiser

Dear Mr. Lavoie:

I wish to proceed, however I would like to understand the format of the records I will receive. My preference is electronic (in the form of an attachment). Is this possible? And if this is possible, is it also possible to waive the per-page portion of the fee?

Thank you very much,
Melanie Gaiser
