· Copies of invoices, bills of lading, manifests, asset lists of e-waste recycled for 2013, 2014 and 2015 for all School District facilities.

· Copy of hard drive shredding or destruction records including certificate of destruction for 2013, 2014 and 2015 for all School District facilities.

Attached you will find copies of our Policy 3701A Sale of Unneeded or Obsolete Equipment and Policy 2501 Record Management. Franklin Regional does not have any e-waste disposal/recycling contracts for any of our School District facilities. If an item is deemed obsolete, our staff removes all data and the equipment is auctioned off as indicated in our policy; therefore we do not have any certificates of destruction.

Franklin Regional School District has not been fined, penalized or received any warnings in the previous 3 years for improper disposal of florescent light bulbs, batteries and e-waste.

Please be advised that this correspondence will serve to close this request with our office as permitted by law.
