Pursuant to the Ohio Open Records Law, I hereby request the following records:
Any email, text message l, police report or other written or digital document sent, received or stored by any employee of your agency between August 21, 2022 and the date on which this request is processed which includes the keyword phrase(s) “Chester Farms”, “Chester Farms Event Venue”, “National Justice Party”, “National Justice”, “NJP” and/or any URLs from the domains “nationaljusticeparty.org” and “national-justice.com”.
Please also understand this request to include any other records outside of the parameters above created or possessed by your agency in regards to the conference of the neo-nazi group National Justice Party held on Sept. 2-4, 2022 at the Chester Farms Event Venue at 2480 Callahan Rd.
South Vienna, Ohio 45369.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
