RFP response from current parking violation/ticket processing vendor. Current contract with parking violation/ticket processing vendor, with contract begin and end dates.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

In response to your public records request regarding the City of Charlotte's Citation Management contract, we would appreciate some clarification as to the "RFP response" you are seeking. Are you interested in receiving the proposal the vendor submitted in response to RFP 269-2013-087, which resulted in the award of the current contract, or are you interested in receiving the proposal the incumbent vendor submitted (if any) in response to RFP 269-2017-106, which is still in process and has not resulted in an awarded contract yet?
